Se analizan cinco casos, cuatro correspondientesa tumores quísticos del páncreas y uno a unseudoquiste, que como es señalado en la literaturaa veces se confunden. Se señala los aspectos clínicose imagenológicos más destacados y la conductaseguida con ellos.
