Hemangiomas de hígado: A propósito de 5 casos resecados
Resumen:
Five cases of cavernous hepatic hemangiomatreated by resection are presented. Lefthepatectomy was performed in two cases, 11 and1/lrd segmentectomy in two cases and V and Vlthsegmentectomy in one case. The evolution wasgood. One patient suppurated. No operativemorta/ity was registered.
Se presentan cinco observaciones de hemangiomacavernoso de hígado tratados con resección.Se efectuó hepatectomía izquierda en 2 casos,segmentectomía 11, 111 en 2 casos y segmentectomíaV, VI en un caso.La evolución fue buena. Un enfermo supuró.No se registró mortalidad operatoria.
