Resumen:
The authors present three cases of ischemicnecrosis of the gall-bladder. Two werepost-gastrectomy complications and one was a case of acute abdomen in a patient withevolutioned vascular pathology.Gastrectomized patients had in common thatthey had undergone procedures on thehepatic pedicle vessels: total lymph naderesection in one case and incidental ligation ofthe gastroduodenal artery in the other.
Los autores presentan tres casos de necrosisisquémica de vesícula biliar, dos comocomplicación posgastrectomía y uno comocuadro agudo de abdomen en un paciente conpatología vascular de fondo evolucionada.Los pacientes gastrectomizados tenían comofactor común haber sido sometidos aprocedimientos sobre los vasos del pedículohepático; vaciamiento ganglionar en un caso yligadura incidental de la arteriagastroduodenal en el otro.
