Percutaneous Transhepatic Cholangiography with Chiba's Needle

Resumen:
Fifty jaundiced patients were studied by percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography with Okuda's method,the biliary tree was visualized in 94 o. There were 100 % of good results with dilated biliary ducts (36 cases) and 78 % with non dilated ones( 11 cases). There was no significative complications.
Empleando la colang.ografía tran.parietohepática según el método de Okuda, fueron estudiados50 pacientes ictéricos en los que se viralizó el árbol biliar en el 94 % de los casos. Con vía biliar dilatada (36 casos) hubo 100 %de aciertos; con vía biliar fina (11 casos.) 78 %· No se presentaron complicaciones severas.
