We have had a case of intraperitoneal rupture of the bladder due to inapparent traumatism. The paper states the difficulty in establishing the diagnosis due to a state ofinebriation and to the slight repercussion. It shows the coexistence of bladder repletion due to inebriation and traumatism. The paper gives an account of the treatmentand correct postoperatory evolution
Se ha presentado un caso de ruptura intraperitoneal de vejiga por traumatismo inaparente. Se han puesto de manifiesto las dificultades de diagnóstico que se presentan, porel estado de ebriedad y la escasa repercusión. Se pone de manifiesto la coexistencia de repleción vesical por la ebriedad con el traumatismo. Se relata el tratamiento y la evolucióncorrecta postoperatoria.
