Tratamiento de la litiasis residual del colédoco con drenaje biliar externo por papilotomía endoscópica guiada
Resumen:
The authors present technical aspects and resultsof therapy far residual lithiasis of the cho/edochusin patients with externa/ biliar drainage byperforming retrograde papillotomy guided by atranspapillary percutaneous guide. They point outthat this procedure improves the efficacy ofendoscopical therapy in these patients even inadverse anatomical conditions, minimizing risksand complications of the technique; it is one of thetherapeutica/ alternatives which can be offered tothis patients.
Los autores presentan los aspectos técnicos yresultados obtenidos en el tratamiento de la litiasisresidual del colédoco en pacientes con drenajebiliar externo realizando una papilotomíaretrógrada facilitada por una guía tutorapercutánea transpapi/ar. Destacan que mejora elredimiento del tratamiento endoscópico de estospacientes, aún en circunstancias anatómicasadversas, minimizando los riesgos ycomplicaciones de la técnica y es una de lasalternativas terapéuticas que se le pueden ofrecera estos pacientes
