The authors make a vídeo-tape presentatíon (PAL-N, approxímately 20 minutes long) of acase of lung sequestratíon in a 14 year oídboy; the tape mainly shows the preoperatorystudy performed wíth angío-TC, thís term isused for angíography obtaíned wíth theinjectíon of íntravenous contrast medía andobtentíon of ímages by means of doublehelicoidal computerized tomography (spiral).With this technique it was possíble to identifywíth exactness anomalous arteríes comingfrom the aorta whích were goíng to supply theintralobar sequestratíon of the /eft inferiorlung lobe, as we/1 as the outflow veín of thesame section whích draíned ínto the leftinferior hemiazygos.

Se realiza la presentación en vídeo (PAL-N, deunos 20 minutos de duración), de un caso desecuestro de pulmón en un niño de 14 añosdonde se muestra fundamentalmente elestudio realizado en el preoperatorio conangiografía-CT, término que se utiliza para laangiografía obtenida mediante la inyección decontraste por vía intravenosa y la obtenciónposterior de imágenes con tomografíacomputada doble helicoidal (espiral).
