Resumen:
The authors present a series of nine patientswith cancer of the upper biliar 'convergen ce(Klatskin tumors). They underwent surgerybetween 1984 and 1997. Tumors were total/yresected including two, three or tour biliarconducts. In three cases right hepatectomywas a/so performed. In al! cases two or threebiliojejunal anastomosis over diverticular ansawith our modification of the Hivet-Warrenanastomosis were performed.
Los autores presentan una serie de nueveenfermos portadores de cáncer de laconvergencia biliar superior (tumor deKlatskin), operados entre 1984 y 1997. Lostumores se resecaron totalmente incluyendodos, tres o cuatro conductos biliares.
