Tratamiento de la hidatidosis hepática por cirugía radical: Nuestra experiencia
Resumen:
The author presents his clinic's experience in thetreatment of hepatic hydatidosis by radicalprocedures. 42 of these procedures were carried onin 39 patients with a mortality of 5, 1 % and anaverage post-operative hospitalization of 13 days.This treatment is analysed by comparing it tonational and foreign series.
Se presenta la experiencia de nuestros servicios enel tratamiento de la hidatidosis hepática medianteprocedimientos radicales. En 39 pacientes serealizaron 42 de estos procedimientos con unamortalidad del 5. 1 % y un promedio de estadíahospitalaria posoperatoria de 13 días.
