Hernia paraduodenal estrangulada: a prop´osito de una observación
Resumen:
Paraduodenal herniation is a rare disease and is generally due to malformations which exaggerate or deepen duodenal fossae. It only becomes apparent when a thin loop is strangled in them, as in the case presented _by the authors. Surgery was successful.
Las hernias paraduodenales se ven excepcinoalmente, y son debidas a malformaciones que exageran o profundizan las fosillas duodenales. Con• frecuencia semanifiestan únicamente al estrangularse en ellas un asa delgada, tal como la observación que presentan los autores, y que fue tratada quirúrgicamente conéxtio.
