Tratamiento quirúrgico de urgencia en la pancreatitis aguda necrótico-hemorrágica

Resumen:

In a series of 24 patients suffering from this condition, death-rate amounted to 75 %- On the basis of evolution of lesions found, a change in therapy is suggestecÍ: complete treatment of biliary lesions, continuous postoperatory peritoneal lavage and feeding jejunostomy. Greater experience will make it possible to establish_ definite value of this surgicaltreatment, befare the 8th day of evolution.

Se analizan veinticuatro observaciones clinicas de P.A.N.H., con una mortalidad del 75 %. En base ,a la evolución lesional encontrada, se plantea un cambio en la terapéutica: tratamiento completo de las lesiones biliares, lavado peritoneal continuo postoperatorio y yeyunostomía. Una mayor experiencia permitirá establecerel valor definitivo del tratamiento quirúrgico d-e urgencia antes del SQ cría de evolución.
