In this. paper we find twenty clinical observations of soft tissue sarcomas and their evolution treated by the authours and another small group of surgeons, with similar principles of diagnosis and treatment. The histogenetic classification of this kind of tumors is followed by an analysisof its clinical anatomic and evolutive characteristics. Classification into several groups is accompanied by therapeutic directives.Finally we find the problem of recurrences, with more serious prognosis, and their treatment.

Se presentan 20 observaciones clínicas de sarcomas de las partes blandas, con su evolución, vistos y tratados por los autoresy un pequeño grupo de -cirujanos, con directivas similares en el diagnóstico y en el tratamiento. Se expone la clasificación histogenéticade estos tumores, y se analizan sus caracteres clínicos, anatómicos y evolutivos que permiten clasificarlos en varios grupos,señalando las directivas terapéuticas en cada uno de ellos. Finalmente, se expone el problema de las recidivas, su mayor gravedad pronósticay el tratamiento de las mismas
