Two patients, one male and one fema/e, wereoperated upan successively of right colon cancerand of pancreas head, the former, and of cephalicpancreas carcinoma and of the rectum, the latter.The tour tumors were resected onco/ogical/y.Fol/owing the pancreatic resections they werereconstructed by different techniques.The fema/e patient has undergone two years andthe male one year of pancreatic resection as we/1as the same reverse figures related to the co/icresections. Stress is laid on the rare coincidence ofthese tumors as reported by the literature.

Dos pacientes, un hombre y una mujer, fueronoperados sucesivamente de cáncer de colonderecho y de cabeza de páncreas el primero, y decarcinoma de páncreas cefálico y de recto lasegunda.Los cuatro tumores fueron resecadosoncológicamente. Después de las reseccionespancreáticas fueron reconstruidos con distintastécnicas.La enferma lleva dos años y el hombre un año dela resección pancreática y las mismas cifrasinversas de las resecciones cólicas. Se destaca larara coincidencia de estos tumores en la literatura
