Resumen:
The authors present the clinical histories of tour patients;three of them had been operated on because of biliarylithiasis by other surgeons. Two of the ones withcholedochal stones had been treated by means ofcholedocho--duodenostomy and years la ter one developedcancer of the choledochus and the other duodenal cancer.The patient whose choledochus was bound underwet ahepato-jejunostomy and was readmitted the fol/owing yearwith cancer of the pancreas head which obviously did notresu/t in jaundice.
Presentamos las historias clínicas de cuatro pacientes,operados tres de ellos por litiasis biliar por otros cirujanos.A los dos que tenían cálculos co/edocianos se /esefectuó coledocoduodenostomía, años despuésdesarrollan cáncer de colédoco uno y del duodeno el otroy el paciente al que se le ligó el colédoco le practicamosuna hepatoyeyunostomía y reingresó al año con un cáncerde cabeza de páncreas que obviamente no dio ictericia.Un cuarto enfermo cuyo primer cirujano sospechó uncáncer de páncreas y le hizo una colecistoyeyunostomíasobre asa no desfuncionalizada resultó no tener nada enla papila y se halló un cáncer superficial de vesículadespués de la derivación de su anastomosis yatrogénica.
