The authors ex pose their experience in 100 patients treatedin almost 5 years of activity, analizing: age, malnutritiondegree and diagnosis of the assisted population.The value the answer to terapeutic measures, specially inalbumin blood level and weight. The discuss the malnutritiondegreee importance in order to get a RNM satisfactoryanswer, con.cluding that in severe malnutrition, the answer isstatistically insign ificant. They conclude that their patientsare of h igh surgical riske, although increasing of severity withincreasing of surgical risk was seen in a few number of cases.
Los autores exponen su experiencia a propósitode 100 enfermos tratados en casi 5 años de actividadanalizando aspectos etarios, grado de desnutriciónasí como los diagnósticos de la población atendida.Valoran la respuesta a las medidas instrumentadasbasadas fundamentalmente en las modificacionesde la albuminemia y el peso.
