Resumen:

Development of the hypothesis that the opening or biliocysticfistule left by a hydatic cyst in the Jiliary tractwhen opened and partially evacuated, is equivalen! to awound in same and, as in such wound, healing will befollowed by total or partial stenosis of the duct in whichit has been set.
