Los autores ,establecen las indicaciones y fundamentos del by-pass extra-anatómico en el tratamiento de las arteriopatías obstructlivas, de los miembros inferiores. Presentan una experiencia en 20 operaciones de revascularización por vías extra-anatómicas: 9 by-pass axilofemoral y 12 by-pass fémoro-femoral.
