Síndrome de Zollinger - Ellison
Resumen:
The latesf knowledge on the pathology diagnosis ánd treatment of the Zollinger - Ellison syndrome are considered. This is the first time in our experiencethat the pancreatic tumour and -its hepatic metastasis has been clinicaUy observed in Uruguay. It was diagno·sed from biopsies and by means of a radioimmunology,test of the circulating gastrine and that contained in tumour tissues.
Los autores realizan una recopilación de los conocimientos actualizados sobre la etiopatogenia; 'diagnóstico y tratamiento del Síndrome de Zollinger - Ellison a propósito de la primera observación clínica que se presenta en nuestro medio, con individualización del tumor pancreático y sus metástasis hepáticas; diagnosticádos por la histología y por la dosificación por RIE de la gastrina circulane y contenida en el tejidó tumoral.
