Fulguración, marcaje y radioterapia dirigida en el tratamiento paliativo del cáncer de recto
Resumen:
The authors report on procedure used in pa!Iiative treatment of adenocarcinoma of rectum. It consists inthe association of fulguration and externa! radiotherapy directed towards the tumoral area which has been fulgurated. To this end edges of fulgurated area arelabelled with radiopache elements. Indications are listed and techniques described.
