Colecistitis gangreno-gaseosa
Resumen:
Three cases of emphisemato - gangrenous cholecystitis are related. A review of this pathology is done,its rare frequnecy, the predominance in males. The radiologic funding of air in the gallbladder and the vafue of cholecystectomy are pointed out.
A propósito de tres observaciones de colecistitis gangreno - gaseosas, se realiza una revisión del tema destacánd,ose su ,es<l!asa frecuencia,su predominio en el sexo masculino, la existencia del neumocolecirto como signo radiológico patognomónico, enfatizándose el valorde la colecistectomía.
