Heridas de colon: a propósito de 62 observaciones
Resumen:
Case material consists of' 62 patients with wounds, treated at the Armed Forces Central' Hospital between1972 and 1977. The following elements should be taken into consideration when deciding on the procedure to be followed in treatment: Agressive agent; Anatomical type of lesion; Lesiona! Association and To'pography; and Shock. Morbimortality of the different surgicalprocedures employed is analyzed and finally surgical guidelines are established for the different types of Col'onic Wounds, o nthe basis of the results obtained.
Se analizan 62 heridas de colon tratadas en el H.C.FF.AA. entre los años 1972-77. Se evalúan con miras a la elecció111 del procedimiento:agente agresor, tipo -anatómico de lesión, asociación lesiona!, topografía lesional y shock. Se valoran la morbimortalidadde los diferentes procedimientos quirúrgicos utilizados. Por último, en función die los resultados obtenidos se establecen directivas quirúrgicaspara las diferentes formas de presentación de las heridas de colon.
