La esclerosis obliterativa de los vasos mesentéricos superiores en el tumor carcinoide de intestino delgado
Resumen:
In a patient with carcinoid tumor of small intestine, arteriography and histology of surgically removed part confirmed the typical vasculary alterations of suchtumors when located in the small intestine, consisting of sclerosis of vascular wall and obliterating endangitis which reduces arterial caliber; this may cause intestinalgangrene.
En un tumor carcinoide de intestino delgado se c.onlfirmó mediante la arteriografía de la pieza operatoria y la histología [as alteracionesvasculares típicas que presentan estos tumores cuando están localizados en el intestino delgado. Ellas, consisten ,en una esclerosis de la pared vascular y una endarteritis obaiteramente que disminuye la luzar arterial, pudiendo determinar la gangrena in1testinal.
