A 10-year-old child presented a rare case of hydatid cyst in the liver entraining complication of hepatobronchial path. This case is described by the author, who includes a discussion of pathogeny, symptomatology and therapy of this disease
Presentación de un caso poco frecuente de Q.H. hepático complicado con tránsito hepatobrónquico, en un niño de 10 años. A propósito de la observación se revisan aspectosde la patogenia, sintomatología y terapéutica de la afección.
