It is a topic that is of great interestfor most surgeons, especially forthose in formation.The diseases that cover this topic havevaried clinical presentations, which makes it difficultyour diagnosis; because there is no uniformitycriteria in the treatment, we will carry outthis presentation to understand the diseaseand guide diagnostic and therapeutic behaviors.
