Traumatismos hepáticos
Resumen:
One hundred and twentY five hepatic rauma reated at Posta Central de la Asistencia Pública de Santiago, Chile, during eleven years, are studied. Injuries were clasified as: superficial lacerations, subcapsular hematomes, deep peripheral lacerations and deep cenral facures (ceacking). Their managements are established.Global mortality was 20.8%. Mattress suures had a 16.5% mortality, against a 68% mortality for hepaic resection.Hepatic artery ligaion is an useful procedure in severe liver damage or for an unexperienced surgeon. Rapid transport to an Urgence Hogpital and intesve preoperative care improves he management of severe liver injuries.
Se estudian 125 casos de Trumatimos Hepáticos atendidos, en los últimos 11 años, en la Posta Central de la Asistencia Pública de Santiago de Chile.Se agrupan las lesiones en Superficiales, Hematomas subcapulares, Proundas y Esallidos hepáticos, estableciendo el manejo de cada una de ellas a mortalidad global que del 20.8%.El 91.3% de los casos mejoró con uura hepáica, con una mortalidad del 16.5 %. El 6.2% de los casos requirió de reección hepática, con una morlidad del 68%.Un procedimiento útil en caos raves o de poca experiencia del ciujano, es la ligadura de la A. Hepática, adicionada o no de la Vena Pora.El rápido transporte del herido a un Cenro quirúrgico y la Terapia Inensiva peoperatoria mejoran los resultados en los casos más graves.
