Coledocoduodenostomía: indicaciones, técnica y resultados
Resumen:
The author's experience with choledochoduodenostomyes is based on a series of 28 patients. He startsby a chronological outline of this procedure. It is a valuable too! in the, treatment of multiple residual and/or recurrent choledocholithiasis, cholangitis and subacute or associated chronic pancreatitis, and more specially so in the case of elderly patients, in reoperations of the biliary t ract and in those cases where risk is considerable. Technical details and objections to its application are listed. The author concludes that is an advisable procedure. It does create a pathological condition, but it helps to eliminate biliary disease which is worse. Results obtained ·have been excellent.
Se analiza la cronología del conocimiento de la C.D. y se precisan las indicaciones en base a una experiencia sobre 28 observaciones, destacándose su valor para tratar la litiasis coledociana múltiple, residual y/o residivante, la colangitis y la pancreatitis subaguda o crónica asociada. Se hace notar el real valer de esta intervención en los pacientes de edad avanzada, en las reintervenciones sobre la vía biliar y en los casos de riesgo general importante. Se exponen los detalles técnicos así como las objeciones que se. le han hecho a su utilización. Se concluye que la C.D. es una intervención conveniente, que aunque crea un estado patológico, sustituye a otro peor que es la enfermedad biliar. Los resultados obtenidos son excelentes.
