Report of fo'ur cases of Complete Testicular Feminization Syndrome, comprising review and classification 30 of disease. The relationship between this type of patientand the surgeon is discussed, with stress on the need for a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. Finall'y and in view of the limited experience on thesubject, two criteria are suggested.
Se presentan cuatro casos de Síndrome de Feminización Testicular Completa. Se realizauna definición y clasificación de la enfermedad, y se remarca la relación del cirujano con estos pacientes y la necesida,d de un equipo multidisciplinario para tratarlos. Por último, dada laescasa experiencia sobre el tema, se dejan planteados criterios a seguir.
