Conducta diagnóstica y terapéutica en heridas del tracto aerodigestivo
Resumen:
Visceral lesions are rare in patients that reach the hospital alive. When they do exist, concomitant aerial and digestive lesions are frequently found. Their diagnosisis discussed with stress on the importance of respiratory obstruction, both immediately and in the post-operatory period. F'inally, therapeutical managernentof these wounds is revised.
Se destaca la poca frecuencia de la lesión visceral en los pacientes que llegan con vida. Cuando ésta existe se destaca la frecuencia de lesiones concomitantesaéreas y digestivas. Se dan las características diagnósticas de estas lesiones destacando la importancia de la obstrucción respiratoria inmediata o duranteel postoperatorio. Se destacan finalmente las bases en el manejo terapéutico de ·estas heridas.
