Tratamiento de la isquemia grave luego de fístula arteriovenosa mediante ligadura arterial y bypass
Resumen:
A review is carried out on the incidence,pathogenesis and treatment of severeischemia of upper limb fter the making of anarterio-venous fistula (AVF) as regards thetreatment of two cases by means of arterialligation distal to anastomosis and bypass.Global incidence of this complication is low,although singnificantly higher far thos AVF inproximal situation than far those performed atfists.
Se realiza una revisión de la incidencia,patogenia y tratamiento de la isquemia severadel miembro superior luego de realizada unafístula arteriovenosa (FA V}, en relación condos casos tratados mediante ligadura arterialdistal a la anastomosis y bypass.La incidencia global de esta complicación esbaja, aunque significativamente mayor paralas FA V en situación proximal que para lasrealizadas en el puño.Se consigna un alto porcentaje deamputaciones en las distintas seriesconsultadas.
