The autors compared the results of two series of openand laparoscopic cholecistectomy, during same period oftime.Laparocopic cholecistectomy showed more benefits thanthe open one. These patients were most confortable alterthe operation, with less internation time and lesscomplications.
Se comparan resultados de dos series de pacientescolecistectomizados en forma laparoscópica y abierta,por el mismo equipo quirúrgico, durante similar períodode tiempo.Destacan los beneficios del primer procedimiento,señalándose que los enfermos tuvieron un posoperatoriomás confortable con menor tiempo de internación ymenos complicaciones.
