Resumen:
A case of aneurysm of the upper mesenteric artery in a young (male) patient having the Marfán-syndrome is presented. The case was successfully treated by ligating the afferent and efferent arterial branches and placing of an autogenous graft for re-establishing circulation
Se presenta un caso de aneurisma de la arteria mesentérica superior, en un joven portador de un síndrome de Marfán, tratado exitosamente mediante la ligadura de las ramas arteriales aferente y eferente, y la colocación de un autoinjerto venoso para restablecer la circulación.
