Resumen:
The paper presents preliminary research on three generations of a family group with the Peutz-Jeghers syndrome. The cases observed are analyzed and the high morbilityof occlusive complications is stessed. The authors propose the theoretical basis of Nob!e's operation as applied to this disease, as a means of preventing recurrent intestinal invagination and have performed it for the first time in an individual affected by this disease.
