Resumen:

Objective. To report on an anatomical condicionwhich is dangerous in surgical procedures and isthe cause of the majority of serious iatrogenicaccidents of main biliary duct when performing acholecystectomy.


Objetivos.- Dar a conocer una peligrosa anatomíaquirúrgica, causa del accidente yatrogénicomas grave de la vía biliar principal (VBP) en la colecistectomía.
