Resumen:

Referred to an observation of hydatic cyst in communicationwith the peripheric biliary tract, the importanceof been aware of the same is pointed out and of the evacuationof hydatic material to the biliary tract without canaliculardilatation. Also the importance of this factshould have in operatory procedures trying to avoidpostoperatory compllcations is pointed out.


A propósito de una observación de Quiste Hidatidicoabierto en Via Biliar periférica se pretende destacar laimportancia de reconocer la abertura y evacuación depequeñas cantidades de material hidálico en la via bi·liar, sin que éstas se traduzcan en dilatación canalicular.Se enfatiza la importancia que debe tener estehecho en la conducta del cirujano para evitar complicacionespostoperatorias.
