The arteriographic finding of an asy mptomatic intracranea/ aneurysm in a palien/ who suffered from symptomatic carotid atenosis, represents a case in which carotid revascu/arization cou/d theoretically provoke aneurysm rupture.
El hallazgo arteriográfico de u'n aneurisma intracraneano asintomático, en un paciente portador de una estenosis carotídea sintomática, representa una situación en la cual teóricamente la revascularización carotídea podría provocar la rotura del aneurisma.
