The author presents a case of strangulated para-hiatal hernia whose content corresponded to an anterior partíal axial mesenteric gastric volvulus which appeared in a 64 year old female.
Se trae a consideración un caso de hernia parahiatal estrangulada cuyo contenido corresponde a un vólvulo gástrico mesentérico axial parcial anterior. El mismo se presentó en una paciente de sexo femenino de 64 años.
