A without tightness wa/1 e/asure technique ispresented, maked by means of combinedunloading incisions, at nivel of externa/ abdominalob/ique and transversus abdominis.The authors refrained its application with successin two patient, with controlled open abdomen forabdominal sepsis, after determined the infectiousfocus.
Se presenta una técnica de cierre parietal sintensión, realizada mediante incisiones dedescarga combinadas a nivel del oblicuo mayor ytransverso.Se reporta su aplicación con éxito en dospacientes, con abdomen abierto controlado porsepsis abdominal, luego de resuelto el focoinfeccioso.
