Penetrating abdominal wound, with rare entry hole
Herida penetrante de abdomen, con orificio de entrada poco común
Resumen:
A penetrating m¡ury of abdomen by an iron spindle with entrance orífice in the high part of the posterior side of the thigh is observed. The vascular and visceral lesions caused by the spindle are described. The possible trajectory of the spindle untill its introduction in the abdomen is ventured, and the extreme rareness of the entrance hole is pointed out.
Se presenta una observación de herida penetrante de abdomen por una varilla de hierro con orificio de entrada en la parte alta de la cara posterior de muslo.Se describen las lesiones vasculares y viscerales que determinó. Se especula en torno al posible trayecto de la varillahasta su introducción en el abdomen y se destaca la extrema rareza del orificio de entrada en el muslo.
