lncidence of cancer of the pancreas has risen in the /astten years. In this period results of cephalic operation can only be performed in /ess than 30% of thepatients, there remains a great percentage of pat1ents forpalliative treatment. lt must so/ve bi/iary dmin_age bymeans of a good termino-lateral hepatlco-¡e¡unalanastomosis on a hea/thy biliary stump abandoning the/ower end of the choledochus over the tumor.


La incidencia del cáncer de páncreas ha aumentado en losúltimos 1 O años. En ese lapso han mejorado muy poco losresultados de la pancreatoduodenectomía cefálica.
