Resumen:
Between March 1982 and June 1984, eleven infantswho were less than three rnonths old underwent repairoperations of severe aortic coartaction in the Unit ofPedíatric Surgery at the Hospital Italiano ín Montevideo.
Entre marzo de 1982 y junio de 1984, 11 lactantes menoresde 3 meses de edad, fueron sometidos a reparaciónde severa coartación de aorta en nuestra Unidad.Todos tenían severa falla cardíaca, tres tenían sepsís ydos insuficiencia renal.
