The authors describe the new therapeutic concept of mammary cancer consisting in inmunologic factors, early detection by means of X - rays, diaphanography and cytologic puncture, as well as a more correct diagnosis of extension of neoplasia by means of enzymogramme and liver scanning and scanning of bone structure with pyrophosphate technetium.PEV classification of G. Los autores exponen los nuevos conceptos terapéuticos del cáncer de mama en función de factores inmunológicos, la detección precoz con la radiografía, diafanografía y la punción citológica, el diagnóstico más exacto de la extensiónde la neoplasia mediante el enzimograma y centellografía hepática, la centellografía del esqueleto óseo con tecnesio pirofosfato.Exponen la clasificación PEV del Instituto G.
