A patient who had undergone gastrectomy and re•gastrectomy ( Billroth II) presented a late benign stenosisof anastomoses with megaesophagus secondaryto it.A gastrectomy was again performed with excellentevolution. Histological tests indicated fibrous strictureof anastomoses. The megaesophagus disappeared
Presentamos el caso de un paciente gastrectomizado(Billroth 11) y regastrectomizado quepresentó una estenosis benigna tardia de la neobocacon un megaesófago r,ecundario a la misma.Se practicó una nueva regastrectomía conexcelente evolución. El estudio hisrtológico mostróuna estenosis fibrosa de la neoboca. El megaesófagocuró.
