A case of an enormous pseudo-cyst of the pancreas is presented. The main symptoms were general repercussion and jaundice. The patient, during the course of its evolution, presented acute abdominal symptoms due to the rupture of the cyst in the great peritoneal cavity making it necessary to perform urgent surgery under precarious conditions.A double derivation, cysto-jejunum and cholecysto-jejunum, together with intensive medical treatment lead to the recovery of the patient.

Se presenta un caso de un enorme pseudoquiste de páncreas que se manifestó por repercusión general e ictericia como síntomas prominentes. El enfermo en el curso de su evolución presentó un cuadro agudo de vientre debido a la ruptura del quiste en la gran cavidad peritoneal que obligó a la intervención de urgencia en precarias condiciones.La doble derivación, cistoyeyunal y colecistoyeyunal, unida al tratamiento médico intensivo, llevó a la curación del paciente.
