Pseudotumoral colonic form of location of Crohn's disease
Forma colónica seudotumoral de localización de la enfermedad de Crohn
Resumen:
The authors report a ca e of Crohn's granulomatous colitis, of 3 pseudotumoral form, exclusively colonic, in a 65-year-old, female patient. She was surgically treated by a right hemicolectomy. Evolution has been favourable up to thP. moment. The diagnosis difficulties of these cases are pointed out, and the most importantfeatures of the disease are reviewed.
Una colitis granulomatosa de Crohn, a forma seudotumoral, colónica pura, en una mujer de 68 años, es tratada (!Uirúrgirn.mente nor hemicolectomía derecha, con buena evolución hastael momento actual. Se destacan las dificultades diagnósticas de estos casos y se' reveen los aspectos más importantes de esta afección.
