Conservative treatment of coccyx fistulas and some perianals
Tratamiento conservador de las fístulas coxígeas y de algunas perianales
Resumen:
Eleven patients with coccygeal and perianal fistulas were treated by injections of fenal in a salution saturated by mineral oil. The paper reports the procedurefollowed, including the results obtained. We concluded that the method is worth consideration as an elective treatment far coccygeal fistulas and recurrences thereofas well as far sorne perianal fistulas.
Se presentan 11 pacientes portadores de fístulas coxígeas y perianales cuyo tratamiento fue la inyección de fenal en solución saturada en aceite mineral. Serelata el procedimiento seguido en ambas circunstancias. Y se presentan los resultados. Concluimos que es un método a considerar, como tratamiento de elecciónen las fístulas coxígeas y en las recidivas de éstas y un método a tener en cuenta en algunas fístulas perianales.
