Resumen:
In many cases even trations are a problem of noeasy solution, either due to their characteristics, volu•me, seat of the defect or the area where they are set.Between an 8 and 10% of conventional repairing are afailure. Substitution prothesis implantation is in manycases necessary not only fr.om the anatomical but alsofrom the functional point of view. 48 cases of implanta•tion are analyzed in this comm unication, and resultsevaluated.
Las eventraciones son un problema de difícil soluciónen numerosas ocasiones, sea por sus características,por su volumen, por la situación del defecto o porel terreno en que asientan. Entre un 8 y un 10% de susreparaciones convencionales fracasan. Los implantesprotésicos de sustitución son en muchos caso una ne•cesidad no sólo anatómica sino además funcional. Enla presente comunicación se analizan 48 casos trata•dos con implantes, valorándose sus resultados.
