Colitis necrotizante y neoplasma del colon
Resumen:
The paper describes a case of abrupt onset of necrotlzing colitis, associated with neoplasm of splenic angle of colon. There was no prior evidence worth mentioning. Clinical picture was very serious, but both pathologic processes were solved simultaneously by a right enlarged hemicolectomy with primary ileocolic anastomosis.
Se presenta un caso de C. N., asociada con un neoplasma del ángulo esplénico del colon, que se instaló bruscamente, sin antecedentes inmediatos a destacar. Evidenciamos la gravedad del cuadro clínico, habiendo solucionado ambos procesos patológicos simultáneamente con una hemicolectomía derecha ensanchada con anastomosis ileocólica primaria.
