Cáncer secundario de Tiroides (Primitivo: Hipenefroma)
Resumen:
.Description of I series of 7 cases of secondary thy•roid cancer the origin of which corresponds to renaladenocarcinoma.Discussion of its cli)ical presentation as thyroid noduleswith macro and microscopy, in every aspee!,equal to those of the primary tumor.In respect of the therapeutic action, agressive remo•val is indicated, discussing different possibilities.Emphasis is laid on frequency of these tumours, superiorto frequency of primary cncers of the thyroid inthe necropsic series.
Se presenta una serie de 7 casos de cáncer secunda•rio de tiroides cuyo origen corresponde a adenocarcinomarenal.Se hacen consideraciones sobre su presentaciónclinica como nódulos de tiroides con una marero ymicroscopia en todo igual al tumor primitivo.Respecto a la conducta terapéutica se indica unaconducta agresiva de exéresis discutiéndose las diver·sas posibilidades.Se destaca finalmente la elevada frecuencia de estostumores, mayor a los cánceres primitivos del órgano enlas series necrópsicas.
