Resumen:
A case of peritonitis due to permeation of the gall bladder became partially necrotic by reason of an obstruction of the common bile duct which was compressedand laminated due to the expansive growth of an aneurism of the abdominal aorta.
Se presenta una peritonitis por permeación vesicular, que llegó a la necrosis por lugares, debida a una obstrucción de colédoco, que resultó comprimido y laminadopor un aneurisma de aorta abdominal, en su crecimiento expansivo.
