Hematoma hepático por traumatismo cerrado de abdomen. Experiencia con una estrategia conservadora
Resumen:
Liver traumatisms constitute a complex therapeuticproblem. Within the last few years, the developmentof modem scanning procedures andpatient control have rendered possible improvementin diagn9sis and evolutive follow-up of livercontusions, thus favoring a nonsurgical therapeuticapproach in carefully selected patients. The purpose of this study is to evaluate selectionparameters and evolutive control which areconsidered the efficient variables for non-surgicaltreatment of traumatic liver hematoma.
